Good morning to you all. Ooops I am running late this week, so much going on where do the hours go. I hope none of you were badly hit by the rain and floods over the last 2 days. As you may all know I am off on holiday Friday just for a week so there will be no Showcase next week.

For this I have used...
 6 x 6 white scallop card, backing paper from stash.
Tree stamps from Creative Expressions. My Snowy digi,  frame from template and cut out added snow from Sheena Douglas-A little bit scenic and embossed with white embossing powder-Debbie Moore. Image coloured with Promarkers. Gems, sentiment and snowman again from stash, then added touches of fluffy stuff.

I think you have to agree with me the girls have done a FABULOUS job with my digi.

1st Christmas card for this year.......

Woohoo only 7 more sleeps before jetting off to Menorca yeahhh.

I have finally got round to making my first christmas card for this year. I just had to play with my new crafty stuff. This is new to me as I have never done this before so I hope you like it.

New Week, New Showcase...........

Good morning everybody, first of all I would like to apologise for not being about and visiting your blogs. Life has been a bit hectic at the moment with one thing and another. And for this reason we decided to book a last minute holiday yeahhh. We have not had one at all this year, do to hubby being not very well at all and it did get a bit scarey at one point, with him having a biopsy at one point and at that time the results would not have been through in time for the holiday we did have booked ( which we would have been on now) so we cancelled and thankfully he got the all clear. We will be flying out to more sunny climes on the 28th. This is where we are staying :O).

Showcase 19..........

Hi everybody,  the Showcase is........... Westie 

this week the girls have been playing again and they have come up with such fabulous cards, when you look at them I hope and know that you will agree.

As we do not have a GDT this week I think I will go first, but make sure you look at all the girls cards too and pop over to their blogs and leave a comment as I know they would really appreciate it.

6 x 6 scalloped square card.The garden scene came from MCS Countryside Garden,
 I added a couple of butterflies, ladybird and dragonfly to the scene then used the vignette effect to add a border and colour and printed. I cropped the picture and added the Westie which  I printed and used a template to cut out the oval shape, coloured the Westie with promarkers, cut this out by hand them added foam pads to mount over the main scene, and to finish off added card candi in the corners.

Good morning, and welcome to my new followers and thank you.

 I cannot believe that just about 6 months ago I only had about 90 followers and thanks to you all I now have 257 woo hoo, I am a happy bunny.

I had quite an exciting weekend as we have just booked a week`s holiday in Menorca for the end of Sept, just 17 days to go then we will be relaxing by the pool yeahhh.

When we bought our new car just over a week ago I made this quick card as a Thank you to Trevor (NMG) who was so helpful, and he loved it.

The image is from MCS which I added the Sold sentiment before printing out then decoupaged it. The background was also made in MCS, then I just added the Thank you sentiment and card candi.

Showcase 17..........

Good morning and welcome to my new followers. Hope the weather is being kind to you all,  it is dry and sunny here at the moment :-). I finally managed to get round to making my card yesterday once i shooed hubby off to work lol.

Talking of hubby it was that time of year for the car MOT so off he went Saturday morning, thinking that he was coming home while the car was being sorted, but no he decided to stay there and have a look round at all the cars and then he kept sending me pictures saying what do you think of this one and did I want to go and have a look at them, well I had too. We had been talking about exchanging for another. After he got home and had coffee, off we trundled back to the garage to check the cars out......... and yes we did buy another and we pick it up this Saturday, no not a brand new one, so excited now and cannot wait. Anyway thats enough of that, lets get onto this week`s Showcase which is.........

Daffodil Showcase.....

I know it`s a bit late in the year for daffs but what the heck lol. Unfortunately I  am having printer problems at the moment so I was unable to print off my digi and I have had to resort to showing a card I did a few months back,  which you might have seen already (sorry). Once hubby has mended the printer I shall ensure that I will make a new and fresh card.
