Anniversary Wishes........

Before I show you my last card for 2012. I would just like to THANK YOU ALL for a fabulous year, you have all kept me going with all your visits and wonderful comments.

I know I have not been the perfect follower so I apologise now.
 

A very special mention must go to Lindsay (Craftymonster81) for all the help this wonderful lady has given me, if it was not for Lindsay I would never have got back into drawing again and setting them up as Digi`s. THANK YOU hun.

My last card for this year was made for my wonderful hubby for our 2nd wedding anniversary 19/12.

 

I made this using My Craft Studio. The frame was already set out I just added the swirls (from original wedding card) see below. then the sentiment in the scalloped nesty shape, decoupaged the word Love, added a button to centre of flower to make it more manly lol.

Below is the insert which I also did in MCS by using one of our photo`s.

Yes that is snow on the ground.

Scenic and more.......

Oh my after a very hectic few days I have finally managed to blog. Don`t panic I am not going to show you all the cards that I have created lol. Just a couple and very special birthday card.
 

Before I show them I would like to say a very WELL DONE to my hubby Mick.  Some of you may know by a previous post just before November that he was taking part in the Movember charity.......... and he raised £110.

Hi everybody, I hope you have not all been caught in the terrible rain and floods over the last few days. Sorry I have not been about much but have been busy making christmas cards and when I wanted to upload them I could not find my camera oops, finally found it yesterday after having a massive clear up of my desk, so I have  been busy taking photo`s and uploading to the computer and now at last I can show you what I have been up too. I have`nt put them all on at once as I don`t want you all  to get bored lol.............

Bells are ringing....

Good evening everybody, I had all good intentions of doing so much today but made the mistake.... (not lol) to craft and got so carried away the time just flew by.

When I was looking through my christmas stamps I came across one that I had completely forgotten about!!!!!! now tell the truth how many of have you done that?. Well I just had to play and this is what I have come up with, it shouted vintage to me, this is out of my comfort zone so unsure if I have caught it right, but I am sure all you lovely peeps will put me right lol.

Good Cause.......

Hi ladies and gents, My lovely husband Mick is taking part in the Movember charity for Prostate Cancer. You may ask why....well.......

Some of you may know that earlier this year Mick was very unwell and he went to the doctors which started a chain of events, examinations, tablets, hospital and with the words "Prostate" mentioned . You can imagine how we both felt!!!!!!!!!, Stress and upset were just 2 things that we were going through. After months of being in awful pain and day surgery we got the very welcome news it was not the " C " word.

Prostate Cancer does not get the publicity like all the others which is  such a shame as  many many men die of this each year.

 Could I please ask if you would like to sponsor Mick.

 

We don`t care how much as every penny helps to eradicate this deadly disease.

Hello to you all :O), Just had to tell you that I am being featured in the Papercraft Inspirations magazine for Beautiful Blogs section for my christmas card I made before we went on holiday. Lily of the Valley.....

Morning to you all,

Life is a bit hectic at present we have the kitchen fitters in and the place is a mess... most of it in my craftroom arghhh, there are boxes everywhere with just a small space for me to sit at the computer and unable to get to most of my crafty stuff............. I really did not think this out right lol.

It was plastered all out yesterday  and all the units are going in today yippee.

I would just like to apologise for not visiting your blogs as much lately. Hopefully everything will be back to normal next week.

Boat Showcase..........

Hey everybody, I hope this finds you all well. We are ina complete mess at the moment as we are having a brand new kitchen fitted starting Friday so I have been real busy clearing everything out and by heck I never realised I had so much stuff in there. There are boxes everywhere especially in the craft room, I have tried to put them in places so I can still get to most of my crafting stuff, but it`s not worked out boohoo.

So to cheer me up my darling Mick sent me these...........

For this I have used...

6 x 6 white scalloped card, the backing paper and shore image came from MCS then I placed my digi onto and then coloured with Promarkers, thin twine added then anchor embellie from Creative Charms.

It took me a while to manipulate the shore image to ensure my boat worked with it.
