Need to lose Weight !!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning everybody and  welcome to my new followers.. Thank you.

Hubby and I have decided that we need to lose weight (especially hubby lol ) I have felt very uncomfortable in myself over the last few weeks, and only being 5ft 3 and now weighing 11st ( 154lbs) arghhhh (scream out loud), enough was enough, so when Mick came across the app above for the Iphone and website, we decided to give it ago.

We only started friday evening, out went the choccies and in came more fresh fruit and veg and smaller portions. Luckily we have a static bike which I must admit was covered with a fine layer of dust lol. That is now been dusted off and we are now on this regular, Mick is still on 10 mins twice a day and myself too, but today have upped my goal for 20 mins twice a day for the next few days. When I weighed myself this morning I had lost a 1lb. It may be a small amount but I am chuffed. I have added my weight lose app above so it can remind me if I am sitting here for too long lol and also you lovely peeps can see how I am doing :O)).  Wish us luck please.


  1. Sounds like you are doing well already, 1lb is a great start, you must remember because you aren't that big you most likely loose little weight less quickly. But good for you and I hope you both feel a bit better about yourselves too after this!

  8. Lol I'm 5'4 and nearly twice your weight....I'm as wide as I am high :-(
    Good luck to you both :-) its a hard path but little bit a week is best as its easier to keep off. Sounds silly but I march on the spot for half hour a night, usually while watching soaps, and that burns kcals and gets your heart beating without being too much hard work.
